I started my journey in the storm restoration industry back in 2019, working directly with insurance companies as a Ladder Assist inspector, where I completed over 3,000 inspections across storm-damaged properties. By 2022, I transitioned into the contractor side of the industry—completing over 400 full claims from start to finish. I ensured everything was properly documented, approved, and installed the right way. I know insurance restoration front to back—and I know how to advocate for homeowners when it matters most.

After years in the industry, I saw a major gap: homeowners were often left vulnerable—waiting days or even weeks for help after a storm. Worse, some were pressured into signing full-replacement contracts with roofers just to get a tarp thrown on; homeowners shouldn’t be pressured into choosing a contractor for their entire claim just to receive emergency protection—that approach takes advantage of people when they’re most vulnerable.

TARP OPS was created to fix that.
